Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label has been created.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Saunaura is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.

If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, front door, building office, neighbors, or local carrier location.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
